Splendid DECAF Chai Latte

Description

For my diabetic customers, I use Splenda instead of sugar for this recipe. It does still contain the 8g of milk sugars per 8oz serving, but no additional sugar has been added. Other than a slight Splenda aftertaste, the flavor is very close to the original recipe. Each bag contains 13 servings, and each serving provides negligible traces of caffeine (it is made from decaffeinated black tea).

Ingredients: creamer (creamer, coconut oil, sodium caseinate, mono & diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, silicon dioxide, natural & artificial flavoring) splenda, whole milk, decaffeinated black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom

Per 8 oz Serving:

• 90 calories
• 2 Weight Watchers Points
• 6 grams total fat
• 65 grams sodium
• 8 grams of sugar (from the milk)
• 5 grams carbohydrates

The artificial  sweeteners cost $4 more per bag than my sugar ingredients. I’ve done everything I can to find the best prices, but that’s the best I can do!
